VP, Platform Strategy & Optimization
The VP of Platform Strategy & Optimization will report directly to the SVP Head of North America Finance Operations, and be responsible for the management and support of a portfolio of finance applications supported by North America Finance Operations including but not limited to Billing and Collections, AP, and Treasury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of subject matter experts and provide support to process owners for application business requirements, maintenance/enhancement prioritization, and improvement delivery.
This position will provide representation for Finance Operations on all technology delivery solutions to ensure objectives are met including customer service delivery, financial performance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and execution support for the translation of business capabilities into technology solutions by providing leadership to cross-functional groups ensuring that the solution concepts meet business needs.
• Provide prioritization guidance to internal technology support groups to ensure business needs are met timely and as required.
• Create a roadmap for the platform optimization to improve user experience and increase operational performance.
• Ensure smooth and successful transition of projects from engineering/delivery into steady state production as measured by the business need.
• Represent platform optimization across all new project delivery initiatives by providing input on scope, business resource capacity and business impact.
• Develop and manage relationships across multiple functions including IT and Finance
• Lead and manage a team to support Finance Platform Optimization objectives.
