Position Profile:
This full-time VP level position in our Infrastructure Engineering and Operations organization is ideal for a candidate with a background in infrastructure technology, with skills including resiliency, vulnerability and performance testing and optimization.
Responsibilities
As the VP of Infrastructure Resiliency Engineering and Operations, you will play a critical role in leading strategy, Engineering and Operations teams dedicated to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure. You will oversee strategy execution to enhance Infrastructure Resiliency, manage vulnerabilities, and conduct performance testing and optimization for both on premises and cloud technologies.
Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for Infrastructure Resiliency, vulnerability management and performance testing teams aligned to organizational objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement best practices and procedures
Execute and measure comprehensive infrastructure management metrics, reporting and governance data
Monitor and assess performance testing strategies for scalability, reliability and responsiveness
Analyze results, collaborate with teams to optimize systems based on performance testing results
Provide regular updates including data driven metrics for leadership on infrastructure resilience, vulnerability status and performance testing outcomes
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments
Provides proactive solutions and anticipate areas of opportunity for the business
Maintain awareness and understanding of critical internal and regulatory landscape that impacts the business
Required Qualifications
Experience managing teams, setting goals, mentoring/coaching and leading teams including development, growth, and evaluations
Lead and mentor diverse teams responsible for Infrastructure Resiliency, vulnerability and performance testing
Strong technical background and understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud services, SRE / resiliency practices and vulnerability management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in tools and methodologies related to resiliency vulnerability assessment and performance monitoring
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline or relevant experience
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $142,880 - $214,320 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
