VP Information & Technology Infrastructure Manager

Qualifications:

• IT Infrastructure Manager (must have good all-round technical knowledge) Infrastructure Support Manager with a strong technical background on MS Azure, VMWare, Storage and Firewalls.
• You must have fantastic leadership skills, strong communication skills and have the ability to build great relationships across teams.
• You must demonstrate great customer facing service, have great attention to detail and have a strong all-round technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• As the Infrastructure Manager your main responsibility will be to lead your team to deliver high performance in the areas of IT Service Management and Support.
• You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, lead regular team meetings, ensure financial targets are met, maintain customer satisfaction, manage staff resources and efficiently manage information received from Clients, Partners and staff.
• Oversees the training of information systems department personnel. Reviews performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments, promotions, discharges, and other personnel-related actions.
• Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop information security staff; manages schedules and workflow.
• Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with information security policy and procedures including but not limited to managing access to IT systems, computer virus protection, copyright compliance and licensing agreements, and acceptable use guidelines and procedures.
• Manage VMware and networking infrastructure
• Ensuring Core connectivity and functions and properly running on day to day basis
• Implement and manage security protocols and procedures with a direct relationship with CISO.
