Overview

The Vice President of Casino Marketing Innovation is responsible to oversee CRM innovation.  

Responsibilities
  • Will work to expand QCI in additional to development/implementation of a new CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Works closely with CRM leadership and third party partners (CI, GALE, etc.) on rollout of automated tasks using predictive modeling data
  • Oversees Host Coding for Seminole Gaming
  • Works directly with Finance to standardize Player Development Production Reports for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International
  • Assists the Senior Vice President with impementation of Cross Market incentive programs
  • Assist Senior Vice President as it pertains to:
    • Training Casino Marketing teams on rollout of new technology
    • Onboarding of Casino Marketing team members a new properties
    • Expansion of ethnic marketing
Qualifications

 

  • Qualifications include 10+ years of experience in data base analysis (some gaming industry experience strongly preferred)
  • MBA is preferred.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):

  • Knowledge of multiple systems that support business objectives preferred, specifically; CMP, LMS, campaign management software and knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word, Access, required
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • A team player with strong analytical, communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be available for travel on a frequent basis.
