The receptionist is responsible for answering the phone for the Collison Centre and being the first person to greet all in-person customers and guests.

You will ensure that all calls are handled with care, the correct person is contacted and messages are detailed.

Being the receptionist does require the ability to make some decisions on your own and to also make decisions based on the team guidelines and needs.

You will be trained on our specific software. Having strong computer skills will enable you to learn the system more efficiently.

You will interact daily with customers, customer service reps, body shop techs, and estimators.

You will be given daily tasks that will assist the customer service reps with customer follow-up and record-keeping.
