Are you a visual storyteller with outstanding design skills passionate about translating business concepts and data into simple, compelling narratives? As Visual Designer, you will partner closely with senior-level executives, communications' peers, and other associates across the business to create best-in-class visual resources for use internally and externally-presentations, training/enablement collateral, sales guides, etc. This role will drive Oracle Customer Success Services' growth. You will ideate and problem solve in real-time, and ultimately elevate executive engagements, storytelling, and programs.

Selected applicants should be ready to provide samples of their work and will be asked to take part in a design case study.

This role can be 100% remote, with access to local Oracle offices depending on location. The ability to work with collaborators across US time zones vital.

Responsibilities

+ Work directly with executives to pitch slide concepts, handle/distill sponsor feedback, and lead project timelines until completion

+ Define and influence visual concepts by whiteboarding ideas, brainstorming solutions, and scaling visual concepts across different content mediums

+ Translate strategic direction and complex data into high-quality design that brings a story to life

+ Develop a brand library with custom designed templates and assets that follow Oracle brand guidelines

+ Build exceptional and unique digital and video creative that supports business objectives and strategy

+ Skilled in turning written or verbal content into visual output

+ Handle a slate of creative projects with immediate and long-term target dates

+ Keep current with the industry's latest technology and design thinking

Preferred Qualifications

+ 5+ years of work experience developing creative content across a multitude of subject areas

+ Experience working with and navigating matrixed organizations at an enterprise level with corporate experience

+ Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or other relevant programs, plus PowerPoint design and editing

+ Strong English language communications skills, both verbally and written

+ Excellent attention to detail at all times, especially when working within tight target dates

+ Experience in video editing, video production, and motion graphics a plus

+ Passionate about problem solving, innovation, and implementing creative ideas

+ Strong communicator and teammate who and can also work well independently

+ Wants to be part of a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
