Visual Designer:

The ideal Visual Designer will be tasked with to analyzing and strategizing for production, communications, and regional marketing needs; specifically, develop and evolve Consigli’s trajectory for digital experiences, multi-media projects and virtual interviews. Remote or hybrid.

• Develop the look and function for digital media interfaces including business website, and other mobile devices.
• Act as the Digital Experience liaison between Marketing and Business Development.
• Creation of Custom UX Mobile/Web-Based Applications tailored for marketing and business development.
• Design custom BD applications for regional marketing & market sector sales and promotional materials.
• Custom Design and develop Multi-Media Content, including highly focused informational websites, animated infographics and interactive presentations that assisted in the sales process.
• Develop a marketing desktop application that houses cloud-based marketing resources such as videos, icons, infographics, boilerplate, project sheets and resumes.
• Create within established guidelines specific to the brand's intended style and tone.
• Create user-oriented models and website concepts to present to management and clients for approval.
• Create multiple specifications of a graphic design according to needs, including mobile and web versions of software.
• Responsible for strategy and editing all custom pursuit videos for production and works directly with third party consultants on all aspects of delivery.
• Produce and edit video footage delivering various types of final productions including but not limited to, sit-down interviews, project video features and vendor trainings to gather research and share knowledge within the company.

• Exceptional knowledge of design software including Adobe Suite and others. Well-versed in color, typography, iconography, layout, UX, UI and interaction design.
• Adaptability and ability to work with a team to meet milestones and complete projects on time.
• Ability to visualize the object of a project and determine the steps and processes to bring them to life.
• Analytical mindset to identify what teams will be necessary for projects and to create solutions to challenges in implementation.
• Organizational skills are required to plan daily tasks and meet the needs of clients as well as management.
• Understanding of user experience and how to create a positive interaction between digital media and potential customers.
• Professional experience creating personalized websites for customers to their specifications.
• Demonstrated application of marketing strategies when drafting and building digital technology.
• Acceptable level of programing and coding knowledge to understand limitations and option for coding within the website and other digital technologies.
