Duties:
- Conduct student assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide speech therapy services to students remotely
- Collaborate with school teams to coordinate student care and IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate students and their families on speech and language disorders, therapy techniques, and home exercises
- Complete evaluations and reports
-Participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate and daily SOAP notes
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology:
Tennessee
If you have a DOE license in another state, you can get a TN DOE license within 2 days!
- Experience working with school based positions is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
