Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company. HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.

As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for aVideography and Multimedia Specialist in our Corporate Headquarters.Please see below for the functions and requirements for this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Shoot, edit and produce photos & videos
• Script, storyboard and make accurate estimates for project deadlines
• Maintain working knowledge of production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment for field and studio production
• Collaborate on production schedules

EDUCATION

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred
• Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. Advanced coursework in multimedia, graphic design, communications, and web design is desirable.

EXPERIENCE

• Proficient using Canon DSLR cameras/camcorders
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom, and Audition
• Experience in portrait photography and photo editing
• Experience using ZOOM and OBS preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong reel or body of work.
• The job holder must demonstrate current competencies for this position.
• 2 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, employees, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external partners.

KNOWLEDGE

• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
• Understand visual composition, studio, and field production.

SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Creative mind and storytelling skills

ABILITIES

• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt quickly, and respond calmly in a live broadcast environment
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and external projects
• Ability to accurate label and archive footage and photos
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including; physicians, patients, employees, and the public
• Capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external partners

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office environment
• Constant contact with individuals from many backgrounds.
• Minimum exposure to communicable diseases.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS

• Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
• Some bending and stretching are required.
• Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
