TITLE: Video Production Manager -Story Teller STAFF LEVEL Manager CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Exempt HOURS PER WEEK: Monday - Friday; some nights & weekends required; occasional travel Who you are: You cannot help yourself... you tell stories about everything: from your drive to work, to your interaction with a neighbor, to your time in the grocery store. You naturally observe and in your retelling you bring to life the things you see around you.
You are highly experienced using professional filmmaking equipment and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite - and you have next-level skills in Premiere Pro & After Effects. Quality is paramount to you & 4K workflows are your jam. You have a demo reel that proves you can move others toward tears or action within 4 minutes.
You are a self-starter who equally thrives in collaborative and independent projects. You are passionate about using your skills to help others hear the Gospel and respond to Jesus. Shifting deadlines and tight turnarounds make your day fun.

What you'll do: Work with communications and ministry teams to pre-produce, shoot, edit, export, and deliver high quality videos for worship services, church ministry events, and social media. Position will emphasize the art of storytelling related to life change, ministry celebration, and motivation to action Coach & train volunteers who help shoot, process files, and do simple edits Maintain a digital media file organization and archive system (SAN, ODA, and/or similar system) Skills & Experience you've had: High School diploma A demo reel demonstrating your ability to tell compelling stories with visuals and audio Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that sometimes requires multi-tasking Proven ability to work on/manage many video projects at various levels of pre & post production simultaneously Expertise in audio mastering & color grading is a plus 5-7 years experience in video production (paid or volunteer) with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in editing and story telling Embody all Lakepointe Leadership Behaviors: Whatever it takes Love and follow Jesus Love Lakepointe Make it fun Reject good for great Honor up, down, and all around AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT: By submitting my resume to Lakepointe Church for potential employment I acknowledge that if hired, I will be an employment-at-will employee.
