Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC seeks a Vice President, Wealth Management Field in New York, New York
Responsible for the Digital Engagement Team's daily email content publishing for the direct benefit of Wealth Management financial advisors, clients and stock plan participants. Work directly with all business product and marketing partners, Analytics & Data, and Technology to create and successfully deliver email content and troubleshoot any issues. Collaborate to expand delivery of digital content beyond email to all Wealth Management digital properties, including Morgan Stanley Online and Etrade in order to enhance client relationships and acquire new assets. Perform ongoing monitoring of the digital publishing lifecycle, including data integrity, and provide critical feedback and recommendations to increase efficiency and mitigate risk of disruption to client service needs. Define and evolve the optimal publishing model (tools/technology/workflow), acting as point person with the Technology development teams to implement systems testing for all publishing processes and tools. Collaborate with the Analytics & Data teams and product partners to manage and interpret underlying behavioral, usage, and conversion statistics that measure the impact of content engagement. Develop and manage data measurement and feedback reports for senior management presentations. Liaise with Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to ensure proper governance and controls of digital content and data are implemented and executed.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation in the technology field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: core banking including quality assurance testing (including automation and functional certification of applications) for institutional securities applications; capital markets; investment banking; customer relationship management including testing and supporting end-to-end (including back-end and front-end) systems including 3D, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Rule Based Wizard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Manager NBA applications; Interwoven Content Management System; Adobe Experience Manager; ETL; Hadoop; SQL; Teradata; Tableau; data mining; data warehousing; data analysis; data migration; Selenium; Cucumber; Agile Designer; Gherkins; Protractor; Perfecto; Python; Application Lifecycle Management; Java; Unix; .Net; Agile/Scrum; API SOAP/REST web interfaces; Portfolio Accounting; and market risk-stress testing.
Expected base pay rate for the role will be $172,000 to $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
