About Product ManagementThe Product Management team not only takes over the management of new credit cards, but they also continuallyrefineand improves existing card products. The team works closely with an Analytics and Modeling team to get the information and analysis needed to identify ways to optimize products and keep them competitive.Position Summary Credit One Bank is looking for a Rewards and Loyalty leader to drive the strategic direction of the credit card loyalty program. This position will be responsible for managing the strategic roadmap of the current rewards platform and developing the go-forward vision for the loyalty program.
This individual will work across the organization to ensure enhancements meet the needs of the bank and our current and prospective customers. Strategic Responsibilities: Develop a strategic vision to enhance the Credit One BankRewards brand.Build, manage, and implement the strategic roadmap for the Rewards platform to deliver enhanced customer value andcreate efficiencies.Evaluate competitive landscape and existing customer feedback to develop recommendations to modernize theRewards platform.Implement new and innovative rewards redemption features that differentiate our program, add value, andbuild loyalty.Collaborate with customer engagement team to maximizecampaign impact.Build an analytical framework for understanding and driveRewards performance.Own the Rewards platformvendor relationship.Present recommendations and key findings to executive management Build partnerships across the organization to share Rewards visionand roadmap.Experience & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in managing a rewards / loyalty program andsupporting technology.Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally across an organization with the ability to leadthrough influence.Excellent strategic thinker with the ability to employ hypothesis driven approach to tacklecomplex problems.Experience in managing multiple complex workstreams to conclusion with high level attentionto detail.Track record of driving high impact results Bachelor'sdegree required.Consumer financial products / paymentsexperience preferred.Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
