Responsibilities:
- Results Orientation:
- Meets the market Profit and Loss budget through effective workforce management, tactical implementation, Revenue generation, efficiency improvements and client satisfaction.

- Region Operations:
- Ensures a safe and OSHA compliant culture and daily operation, working alongside National VP of Safety.
- Ensures customer satisfaction, profitability, and the growth of client relationships.
- Supports Business Development and local managers in customer-facing strategic discussions and new business opportunities that align with the company’s 3-year Strategic Plan.
- Ensures that work is of the highest quality and all operational performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Supports and promotes organization’s Core Values of Invested effort, Safety, Quality performance, Integrity, Reliability and Ethical behavior.
- Oversees and assists in coordination of work force, identifying market needs and opportunities to transition the business focus and work force as industry trends dictate.
- Complies with, and ensures all CA teams comply with, all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Leadership:
- Is a culture carrier within the CA market to build a positive and engaged work force, successful manager of diverse teams and provide progressive career opportunities for CA personnel.
- Demonstrates strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives.
- Partners with the Division President to develop long-term strategy, implement efficiently and assess organizational performance against it.
- Collaborates with team of General Managers to execute short- to middle-term implementation plans in each market. Manages direct reports to efficiently meet client quality and satisfaction targets, on time / on budget installation of each job and support of corporate initiatives.
- Leads and manages employees ensuring ongoing communication, performance management, and ensures development.
- Mentors and develops direct reports and identifies high potential employees, managing training, performance evaluation, problem resolution and the building of an effective, high performing team dynamic.
- Experienced managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 12 – 20 years of demonstrated Operations experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Experience managing a Profit & Loss statement exceeding $20M and managing managers.
- Strong safety record and demonstrated experience of working within established and advance Health and Safety program.
- Working knowledge of relevant wireless and MSO clients, products, and services.
- Business experience with Telecommunications tower and civil operations and construction markets strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive, communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Strong orientation to deadline and detail.
- Decisive, with the ability to exercise good judgement under pressure.
- An individual who embraces taking a hands-on approach.
- Confident, open, and willing to confront difficult issues, cope with conflict, and challenges others in order to create positive change.

- Must reside in greater Los Angeles, San Diego or Northern CA East Bay areas and be willing/able to travel between offices on a consistent basis
