VP of Freight Sales / Freight Sales Director.
Rightworks is partnered with a fast-growing Freight & Logistics Company to hire a VP of Freight Sales. We are looking for a visionary Sales Leader with significant experience in freight brokerage that is looking to lead a well established family owned freight & logistics company from $5 million to $20 million+.
-This position will initially be very hands-on & travel heavy along the Gulf Coast, however, relocation is not needed.
-As the company grows, you will lead & build your sales teams, but for the first 12-18 months, expect this position to be a very hands-on sales role.
-You will be working with a highly collaborative CEO that has overseen massive growth in multiple logistics companies in recent years. This company has a significant existing base, key partnerships, and the capital & assets to support massive growth.
CEO believes in max aggressive compensation that will continue to grow. Initial compensation will likely fall in the 150-185k range with expectations that bonuses could lead the total compensation to more than double the base in a short period of time, with 3-5+ year compensation outlook expected to scale up massively.
