The Vice President fosters an environment for safe and profitable operations through planning and oversight of regional operations. Works with the President to establish strategic goals, directing regional team to execution. Creates long term business plan for market development and expansion of operations. Seeks new opportunities for growth through customer development, qualification, contract solicitation and active bidding. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and special projects, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What it takes?
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or 10 years of pipeline related experience, or equivalent combination
• Previous project management experience
• Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
