Let's talk salary. The salary range for this position based on what we are asking you to do in the role starts at $70,000 and goes up to $120,000 based on qualifications. We're seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager (VRM) to join our team at G2 Ops. As the face of our company, you'll interface with and manage all facets of our relationships with vendors and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle, and Google). You'll be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, managing vendors, and more.

As a Defense Contractor, we are frequently working with sensitive material, and therefore, we need to ensure where you access your work is secure. You will have your own new, shiny desk at one of our G2 Ops offices, plus the occasional opportunity to work on-site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking with prior IT Department and manager approval. What does this mean to you? We're looking for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The role is crucial for the successful management of relationships with key cloud service providers (CSPs) such as AWS, Azure, Oracle, and Google. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of cloud technology. The VRM will also collaborate with internal teams and the procurement team to ensure that business needs are satisfied. With the use of cutting-edge technologies and services, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in multiple aspects of Cloud IT. You should have at least 5 years of related experience building partnerships with large vendors and have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
