Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills are required.
- Knowledgeable in bowling operations and reservation systems preferred.
- Point of Sale and Cash handling experience preferred
- Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
- Welcome and assist guests with selecting bowling packages, bowling shoes, bowling lane set-up, and if needed,
help in choosing a bowling ball. - Cashier
- Accountable for maintaining excellent cleanliness of the bowling area: tables, counters,
chairs, and floors. - Clean bowling lanes, gutters, and ball return areas.
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as the business demands.
Physical Requirements
- See details of objects that are more than a few feet away.
- Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects.
- Focus on one source of sound and ignore others.
- Hold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm.
- Use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects.
- See the differences between colors, shades, and brightness.
- Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without getting tired.
- Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
- Lift and move up to 20 pounds.
- Lift, bend, and flex 50% of the time.
- Exposure to high levels of noise for extended periods.
