Assemble trolling motors: Following blueprints and work orders, you'll meticulously put together various trolling motor components like shafts, lower units, brackets, and control panels.
Ensure quality control: Inspecting each assembled motor for accuracy, functionality, and conformance to strict quality standards is crucial. You may use testing equipment to verify performance.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation: Keeping your workspace free of clutter and parts helps ensure efficiency and safety on the assembly line.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues: Identifying and fixing minor problems that arise during assembly is important to keep production flowing smoothly.
Operate hand and power tools: Using tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and applicators effectively is essential for assembly tasks.
Follow safety protocols: Adherence to all safety regulations and company guidelines is paramount in a manufacturing environment.
Maintain accurate records: You may be responsible for documenting assembly processes, completed units, and any identified issues.
