Tribal Chief Prosecutor

We are seeking a skilled Chief Prosecutor to lead our legal team in ensuring justice and upholding the law. The Chief Prosecutor will oversee all aspects of criminal prosecutions and provide legal guidance to support the organization's mission.

Duties: Manage and supervise a team of prosecutors and legal staff - Develop and implement prosecution strategies - Conduct legal research, write legal documents, and perform legal drafting - Negotiate plea agreements and settlements - Represent the organization in court proceedings - Handle complex litigation cases - Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders
