Salary: $17.85 - $21.00/hr. (DOE) / Additional Differentials Offered Must Qualify

Treatment Support Staff (TSS I, II, III)

3/4-Time Overnight/Part-Time (0-29hrs)/Non-Exempt /$17.85 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)

Additional Pay differentials - must qualify through program, shift, testing or verification.

*Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language - Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00 per hour)

*Overnight/Graveyard Shifts ($1.00 per hour) 

Provides direct supervision and care for each individual woman/family in the SUDT residential setting and in the field, under supervision of the Program Supervisor by performing the following duties. Provides cross-setting care and supervision as well as interventions to women in a SUDT residential treatment center that stabilize their substance use disorder and teach functional skills and behavior that enable the women to mitigate the reasons for entering SUD residential treatment so that the women can quickly return to and live in their community. Nighttime workers will remain awake during the complete shift and follow all-night shift procedures. Salary is based on experience and educational credentials. 

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.  

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout, clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.  

Employment in the Behavioral Health Services require proof of Covid-19 vaccination or exemption per California Public Health Officer. All RCS employees are required to either have documented proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a Religious or Medical Exemption on file.
