Job Description
As an integral member of the Amare Travel Team and reporting directly to the Senior Recruiter, the travel nurse recruiter will provide leadership to help Amare “Deliver Care Worthy of a Million Smiles by caring for the people we work with and work for.” We are looking for a leader that is passionate about caring for others, can help facilitate a work environment with fun and happiness while we accomplish our objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become thoroughly familiar with all requirements and processes for Compliance, Credentialing, and Onboarding of care providers (RNs).
- Meet and exceed weekly hiring expectations.
- Assist the Recruiters in the office with day-to-day tasks.
- Email, Text, and Call nurse candidates to build relationships and hire them to work for the Amare Travel Team.
- Make introductory phone calls out to current healthcare care providers.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare care providers, co-workers, and current customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Management, or Healthcare Administration desirable, but not required.
- Prior administrative, recruitment experience, or healthcare background desirable, but not required.
