Transportation Greeter

Summary

The transportation greeter will welcome guests as they exit ridesahres and taxis, help security direct traffic when needed. Transportation greeters will provide the payouts for customer drop offs .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Welcome customers to the facility, providing a warm smile.

Ensure free flow of movement in and out of the parking lot.

Endure natural weather elements.

Confidently answer questions and able to de-escalate certain situations.

Maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations.

Reports all issues to management.

Maintain focus on multiple tasks that involve inserting highly sensitive information as well as money handling. 

Comply with company’s cash handling policies, handle, and keep track of thousands of dollars.

Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and workstation area.

Maintains highest level of presentation and customer service.

Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.

Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary agent card and be 21 years of age or older.
