Your responsibilities
1. Retrieve and Process medical records from doctor's offices within a 50-60 mile radius of your residence and then put them into the Chart Acquisition tool
2. Retrieve and Process medical charts through remote accessing into a doctor's office EMR
3. Ensure all chart information is collected by the standards provided by each health plan
-EMR/HER systems
-RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, Coder, or equivalent experience
