Purpose
Compliance Training Specialists work within a team structure to establish, implement, and maintain training courses in a Learning Management System (LMS) to electronically deliver and track training for scientific personnel conducting pipeline development research and product development activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification(s), and 2+ years of experience relevant to coordinating business-oriented digital training or coordinating adult digital learning.

1. What hours and days will this person be working: M-F, 7:30 to 8:00 AM Start, 40 hours per week
2. Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? Typically, two remote workdays per week are available upon training period completion. Beyond that, additional days may be possible on a case-by-case need basis, but this is considered an on-site role

4. What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
a. Familiarity with general scientific terminology is preferred, e.g., chemist, biologist, instrument, testing, study, clinical, good manufacturing practices, good laboratory practices
b. Direct experience with ComplianceWire LMS, ISOtrain or similar (Client Viva, Docebo, Absorb, Academy), and Attache Document Management System (DMS), OneVault DMS, or similar DMS are highly preferred
5. What is the environment that this person will be working in (i.e., group setting vs individual role)? Candidate will work within a Learning Management System Team, embedded within the Global Scientific Compliance group, within the larger Development Sciences R&D area. Modern hybrid work environment; comfortable, collaborative onsite work setting and professional equipment with frequent remote workdays possible
6. Is any testing required for this role? Typically, only read-and-understand training on select processes and procedures is required to provide training coordination and administration of R&D personnel. Some interactive training modules may have a brief skills' check at the end of the module
7. Other notable details about the environment from the hiring manager about this role? Candidate will be directly responsible to the Scientific Compliance Learning Management System Team Leader for day-to-day guidance and systems' training
