This powerhouse client needs you, an experienced Total Rewards and Learning & Development Specialist, to play a critical role within the growing HR and L&D teams.

What you get to do:
  • Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive strategies for rewards, L&D, work/life balance, and other affiliated programs
  • Serve as the project manager for the Total Rewards program
  • Assess the efficacy of current programs and provide recommended modifications to achieve business goals
  • Manage the implementation of all benefit plans
  • Take ownership of vendor management


Qualifications

What you need to succeed:
  • 4+ years of experience with Total Rewards benefits administration
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements for Total Rewards programs
  • Previous experience with vendor management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications highly preferred (SHRM-CP, CEBS, and/or PHR)
