PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software-programming applications
- Supports and/or installs software applications
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks
- May lead and direct the work of others
- May report directly to a project lead or manager
Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have TS/SCI with counter intelligence polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 6 years' of experience in software development, testing and deployment
- Experience with or knowledge of the operational methodologies employed by the USCYBERCOM/MARFORCYBER Cyber Mission Force (CMF) capability development teams in support of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)
- Technical skills:
- Technical writing
- Understanding of Linux/Mobile Forensics
- Development and testing background, and Whitebox testing
