Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Proficient in using social media management tools to schedule posts and track analytics
- Familiarity with retail sales and basic math skills for upselling products
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
