Responsibilities
•Work with Creative Director and design team to create seasonal prints
•Work closely with the factories to ensure digitized art files, tech packs are sent and communicate all approvals and changes in a timely manner
•Work with Creative Director and design team on seasonal concepts and color stories
•Leads the on-apparel graphic design process to develop and produce cohesive graphics with the brand team
•Constantly improve and elevate label attraction
•Understanding of all schematic requirements for prints and engineering details to enable development through to production of respective garments
•Research and identify relevant key takeaways from the market for inspiration and product opportunities, to support the integrity of the lines/brands and the goals of the company
•Keeps up to date on the latest color, graphic and on-apparel print/branding trends
•Seasonal line book creation for digital viewing and print
•Working closely with design team for style info, photography team for imagery, marketing team for international needs
•Tracking all changes and updating daily prior to collection launch
•Create outlines and sell sheets as needed for capsules, limited edition offerings and other off linesheet items
•Design artwork as needed for all brand collateral: style guides, ecomm order inserts, wholesale order inserts and other marketing print needs
•Design artwork for sales team as needed: custom products, merchandised deliveries, customer line guides, condensed category pages, etc
•Create all custom CAD artwork as needed for club and corporate orders
