At Park N Fly we are always recruiting top tier talent! We're looking to expand our Talent Acquisition Department and bring on a Temporary Part Time Talent Acquisition Specialist. This person would help with responding to the volume of applicants and coordinating in person interviews for the lot managers. An outgoing, talkative, patient person would do well in this position. Expectation would be 10-15 hours per week. This position is temporary for now with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of our team with the right person! Following, training at our corporate office in Vining's this position would be able to complete all additional duties remotely!
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for handling day-to-day Talent Acquisition responsibilities; Assists with various Talent Acquisition projects; Candidate reach out and hiring manager communications; Schedules interviews for filed managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reaching out to qualified candidates for prescreening interviews.
- Day to day contact person for applicants and field managers.
- Responsible for scheduling interviews for field managers.
- Provides updates to Talent Acquisition Partner on hiring needs.
- Responsible for submitting candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partner for background processing and providing updates to field managers.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned by Talent Acquisition Partner or other Management personnel.
