GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Associate, IPD Governance Risk Compliance will assist with monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining various requirements related to IPD KSOX work conducted within IPD Governance Risk and Compliance Controls. The Associate, IPD Governance Risk Compliance will help identify improvements needed to strengthen the program performance, ensure compliance, and manage risks for IPD Governance Risk Compliance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with IPD team members to enforce compliance.
2. Provide support testing and assessing IPD KSOX controls.
3. Monitor and improve the measurement and reporting process of KSOX metrics
4. Establish relationships with IPD leaders and Subject Matter Experts for the purpose of maturing the IPD governance risk compliance process
5. Provide support in developing governance process guidance, standard operating procedures and policy documentation.
6. Perform all other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts, including the ability to show good independent judgment
- Excellent verbal, written, and group presentation skills
- Strong ability to resolve complex problems and issues, provide strategic direction, and lead initiatives
- BS/BA with 0-2 years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field OR a degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
