Telemedicine Veterinarian

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with pet owners using our easy-to-use telemedicine platform.

- Perform thorough medical assessments, review medical histories, and collect relevant information from pet owners.

- Diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for various medical conditions, including but not limited to general wellness, minor illnesses, and non-emergency situations.

- Offer guidance on preventive care, nutrition, behavior, and overall pet well-being.

- Collaborate with the telemedicine support team to ensure seamless and efficient consultation processes.

- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records of all consultations.

- Stay current with advancements in veterinary telemedicine and continue professional development.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

- Active state licensure to practice veterinary medicine.

- Strong clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years of veterinary practice.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a virtual environment.

- Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and technology.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to pet owners and their concerns.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
