Description:
-Responsible for a large mobility workforce where you will provide support for a diverse group of users around the globe using MS Intune.
-Manage and support and maintain mobility services, working directly with end users, executive management, suppliers, and vendor to manage all issues and escalations.
-Regularly interfacing with our MS Intune Solution and LT Platform Engineering team to manage and maintain the systems, identify service improvement, and work with vendors to implement approved changes with our mobility vendors.
-Develop, document, and implement operational procedures and general technical /mobility documentation process- Serve as a key stakeholder in mobility contract negotiations, Manage end-user training,
-Manage mobile device deployment and maintain mobile device inventory, identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs,
-Manage and streamline daily operations for multiple mobile carriers, Create, analyze and present reporting on mobile service financials to business line managers. Providing regular statistical analysis about the availability, quality, and satisfaction of the service,
-Tracking of the daily mobility operations to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, goals and objectives are met, and services and projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively within agreed service levels,
-Manage the daily operations of the Telecom Expense Management system (Tangoe), Manage US carrier invoice loads into billing platform, manage all mobile carrier optimizations across the US and deliver optimal savings, Defining and implementing business process improvements, testing new or updated mobility technology, running pilot programs as it relates to the mobility space
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiar with Billing, Excel spreadsheets, mobility
- Knowledge of Intune and ability to troubleshoot Intune
- MDM- management tool for mobility
- Bill approval
- Understand telecom
- Understand mobility
- Know the difference between MPLS circuit and internet circuit
- Understand what TIA is
