Your Role as a Technical Writer As the Technical Writer within the Business Development division, you'll work remote full-time based in the US.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling and informative content that effectively communicates our technology solutions, industry insights, and value propositions to our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, distill complex technical concepts into clear and concise language, and create a wide range of written materials including proposal responses, training manuals, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collateral. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Research and understand our healthcare technology solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to create accurate and engaging content Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and sales teams to gather information and ensure alignment on messaging and content requirements Develop high-quality written materials, including proposal responses, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website content, and sales enablement tools Translate technical information into user-friendly documentation and instructional materials for both internal and external audiences Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all written materials to maintain a cohesive and professional image Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in technical writing, healthcare technology, and business development to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness Generation, maintenance and organization of company materials and templates, including proposal content Write client-facing project technical and operational support materials (i.e., manuals, how-to guides) Write articles and content that can be used by Marketing and others in the company to communicate complex and technical information more easily Generate quality, thoughtful technical writings for use in Sales and Marketing Manage the company's search, assessment, and response to Request for Information or Proposals from the government and other potential customers Create internal and external technical content such as user guides and manuals Develop processes for the generation and management of company content Ensure that company proposals are delivered/completed in a timely manner Serve as a great team member to those in Business Development and those divisions that need help with technical content Participate in on-site client or company activities, on occasion Qualifications We are looking to build and grow diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.

We encourage that you apply even if you don't meet all the qualifications below: 3+ years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably within the healthcare, IT, or technology industry Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences Ability to translate extensive proposal requirements into a comprehensive and high-quality response Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and industry topics Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment Proficiency in writing and publishing tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software tools Ability to leverage the internet and websites to fill out online forms, upload documents, reset passwords, and research opportunities Experience with graphic design or multimedia content creation tools is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate (If applicable for supervisor/lead role) Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Preferred Career Experience Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field In-depth technical knowledge and writing skills Experience in reviewing client requirements and writing content for proposals Ability to understand and support writing technical materials for customers about solutions Working knowledge and experience with IT software development processes How we care about you We value your time and offer full-time remote work based in the US.
