- 1-2 years Granite Telecommunications industry experience.
- Experience with classroom facilitation and training methodology.
- Formal background and training as an educator is highly valued and preferred or other relevant experience
- Solution Engineering, Sales experience or Ops experience within Granite a considerable plus
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM a plus
- Prior experience as a Sales Rep or Premier Rep or another internal Granite role is a strong plus.
- Ability to relate to sales teams and sales leadership is required
