What You'll Do:

During the internship, you will contribute to a high-impact project that has long term benefits to a large organization. You will gain experience and invaluable skills in interacting with different levels of management, and a first-hand understanding of the employment process of a world class corporation. Your manager will provide training, mentoring, and resources to ensure the success of this internship.

+ Support product development teams with analysis of Oracle products, customer usage and buying behavior

+ Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns, opportunities and risks

+ Use Oracle APEX to build and extend simple low-code applications to capture and analyze data

+ Use Oracle Analytics Cloud to create dashboards, reports and data visualizations

+ Use and learn other tools as needed

What You'll Bring:

To be considered for a Business Analyst Intern position in the Fusion organization, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript.

+ At least 2 years of university coursework completed

+ Enrolled in a BS, MS, or PhD program in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Software Development or a similar field

+ Analytical mindset. Familiarity or experience with data/analytics, financial analytics, product management, or software development

+ Technical, quantitative and/or business education

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Familiarity or experience with developing apps in Oracle APEX, Oracle Analytics or SQL

+ Familiarity with cloud software applications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

Hiring Range: from $18.99 to $53.00 per hour; from $39,500 to $110,240 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
