About this Opportunity The Technical Assembler is responsible for performing detailed assembly of small, complex components into sub-assemblies using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment, performing a series of operations to correctly assemble parts. A Glimpse of What Technical Assembler Does Perform often repetitive, detailed, and complicated assembly of complex components accurately including precise drilling, deburring and countersinking. Read, interpret, and follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products.
Complete all paperwork required and issue components/hardware in ERP. Utilize hand and pneumatic tools safely to complete assembly. Pack parts for shipping taking care not to damage parts.
Detect and report defective materials. Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan. Uphold AL's efficiency standard Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for AL Safety and Quality standards and procedures Assist in other work areas as assigned Every employee is expected to represent our core values - Drive, Integrity, Growth, Respect, and Innovation About the Technical Assembler Monday - Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm $16.50-17.75/hour
