Job description

The HR Transformation - Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence (eWFPi) team is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Product Owner for the Taxonomy to Solutions (T2S) Integrated Product Team (IPT), reporting to the eWFPi Operations Manager.

The selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, be self-driven and self-organizing, and be comfortable presenting to executives, stakeholders (internal & external), and thought leaders across the Enterprise.

The T2S IPT lead will be responsible for prioritizing efforts to transform the LM Job Taxonomy & Job Catalog by:

Leading the T2S IPT & Taxonomy Transformation:
- Leading recurring IPT sessions including agenda formation, identification of priority taxonomy transformation goals, prioritization of the IPTs backlog, managing action items to closure, stakeholder coordination, & communications. Partnering with stakeholders across all Business Areas and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to set, communicate, and deliver expectations in alignment with business priorities against defined timelines.

- Gather and thoughtfully discern BA and Corporate inputs, facilitating critical discussions amongst team members while displaying exceptional business acumen, organization, multi-tasking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Performing phases of the T2S process including but not limited to: Research, Job Analysis & Definition, Labor Market Analysis, Competency Modeling, & Skills Definition in close partnership with Subject Matter Experts in a given discipline and HR COEs; including logistics planning & facilitation of T2S events (workshops).

- Drive progress to planned milestones with appropriate project status reporting to include creation & delivery of executive briefings. Prepare T2S materials to support functional council briefings, highlighting return on investment, business value, and key measures of adoption.

- Partnering with the eWFPi Change Management & Communications lead to ensure robust & sensitive change management & comms plans are in place to support each priority taxonomy event.

Design & Deploy a T2S Insights Dashboard:
- Conduct headcount & related human capital analysis, analyze trends, and translate findings into meaningful visualizations and develop presentations for T2S stakeholders. Partner with the People Analytics & Technology Enterprise Reporting & AiHR teams to utilize and incorporate data as a strategic asset, informing stakeholders of key observations of HR data that could influence priorities & solutions. Deploy a T2S insights dashboard that will promote data-driven decision making & to increase the general populace knowledge & awareness of job taxonomies at LM.

Increase IPT Visibility & Transparency:
- Increase visibility & transparency of T2S by growing slack channel & T2S website utilization and redesigning the T2S online presence (Atlas Connect Page) with connections to documentation, training, & conversion of related materials from BOX to Atlas Connect.

- Transform the existing collection of playbooks & training materials to better represent the T2S IPTs process & support efficient onboarding of new T2S IPT members.

Transforming for the Future:
- Partner with the eWFPi Ops Manager, the Enterprise Workforce Planning Process Lead, & Integrated Talent Management (ITM) project team on the implementation of a near-term technology solution that aligns critical skills/sub discipline identification, skills categorization, and skills management principles integrated with the LM job taxonomy. Similarly, partner closely with HR Technology, Deloitte, SAP, & EIT peers to transform the LM job taxonomy in preparation for HCM/SAP/EC/JPB & other SAP module implementations to more accurately reflect in our job catalog & disciplines the work performed today and for the future of work, inclusive of emerging trends identified via Strategic Workforce Planning / Strategic Workforce Assessment outcomes.
