We are seeking a motivated and creative Talent & Influencer Coordinator to join our team. As a Talent & Influencer Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing relationships with talent and influencers to enhance our brand and promotional efforts. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, and creative collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent & Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential talent and influencers for partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with talent and influencers, serving as the main point of contact for communications.
* Campaign Planning: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns and talent-driven initiatives.
* Content Coordination: Collaborate with talent and influencers to create content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
* Agreements and Contracts: Assist in the negotiation, development, and execution of contracts and agreements with talent and influencers.
* Campaign Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets related to talent and influencer campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Trend Analysis: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging talent, providing recommendations for future campaigns.
* Content Compliance: Ensure that all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
* Reporting: Generate reports and presentations to showcase the impact and results of influencer and talent collaborations.
Ideally you bring the following attributes:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in influencer marketing and social media platforms.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Creative thinking and an eye for content creation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Adaptability to evolving influencer marketing strategies and industry trends.
* Previous experience in influencer marketing or talent management is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Passion for identifying and collaborating with emerging talent and influencers.
* Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
