Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members, including reviewing applications, arranging/conducting interviews, and assisting with steps of the internal hiring process.
- Attending job fairs and other community events as needed.
- Assist with HRIS requirements and onboarding for each new team member, as needed.
- Works to build work relationships and increase morale, productivity, along with retention.
- Supports the Director of Talent in process improvement.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to understand hiring objectives and execute recruiting plans.
- Attending workshops, seminars, training, and departmental meetings to keep abreast of current trends, laws, and regulations in Human Resources.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred or 2 years of HR experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
- Proficient with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 20 pounds at times.
- Is subject to frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
- Attends and participates in continuing education and training.
