Job Description
This position serves as an HR partner responsible for pairing with business leaders to deliver recruiting solutions to attract top talent. The role may be tiered based on years of experience and/or education at management's discretion.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develops and implements recruiting strategies/programs across the organization.
- Builds qualified and diverse candidate pipelines to support the organization.
- Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in creating staffing plans, developing sourcing and interviewing strategies, and implementing agreed upon action plans.
- Qualifies candidates through phone screens and on-site interviews.
- Recruits applicants for open positions, arranging job fairs with college campus representatives.
- Advises management on organizing, preparing, and implementing recruiting and retention programs.
- Provides candidate compensation package recommendations to management for approval.
- Initiates and follows-up to completion all pre-employment processes (i.e., reference checks, background checks, drug screening, etc.)
- Coordinates post offer employment activities related to onboarding processing; ensuring the capture of all required data in the HRIS system; and supervisor follow-up.
- Coordinates with other key departments i.e., IT, Finance, etc. during the onboarding process to ensure essential resources and necessary planning.
- Administers the H2B program, ranging from posting of jobs, housing, travel, contacting previous employees, various reporting, etc.
- Reports on identified key recruiting metrics as needed i.e., weekly quarterly, annually.
- Serves as a SME on Paylocity modules that aid employees and candidates.
- Identifies and shares recruitment best practices across business units of focus.
- Maintains current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends, and requirements.
- Advises managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Supports additional human resource projects as needed.
- This position has zero direct reports.

- Responsible for completing all training classes and seminars, at management’s discretion.

A minimum of 3-5 years progressive recruiting and/or HR experience is required. Prior experience with Paylocity applicant tracking systems is preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

- Ability to work in office off San Jose Blvd, Monday - Friday. This position is not remote.
