Using the collective insight from nearly 1 million hours of professional intervention we guide students to three areas of evidenced-based support: self-guided, community/peer interactions, and chat-based counseling provided by licensed counselors. These areas of assistance are designed to match student’s current wants, needs and goals as well as identify and refer to higher level of care when needed.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment efforts for Kooth USA. In this role you will be representing the Kooth USA brand through every interaction sent through email, the ATS system, verbally and virtually. We expect these interactions will align with our mission to create a world-class culture experience throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, be customer-focused, resourceful and adaptable.
Must live in the Kansas City, MO / KS metropolitan area and have the ability to work from home.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains compliance of talent acquisition processes and procedures.
- Builds and maintains strong collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders within all areas of the business.
- Drives results by leveraging strategic recruitment methods and philosophies to attract and identify the best candidates from a wide range of sources including but not limited to online recruiting platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), professional boards, internet sourcing, networking with colleges, associations, community outreach and other technical or creative methods. Ensures staffing activity is meeting/exceeding company expectations.
- Implements strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response, and proactive recruitment needs for a growing company.
- Develops sourcing strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline based on market conditions and the needs of the business.
- Identifies and standardizes sourcing tools and technologies to effectively seek out passive qualified candidates.
- Creates and maintains a standard feedback process to ensure a structured approach to hiring decisions. Provides appropriate and timely follow up to candidates and hiring managers.
- Screens resumes, conducts phone and virtual interviews with candidates.
- Maintains accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
- Identifies, schedules, and participates in Talent Acquisition remote and virtual recruitment events and other applicable events.
- Thorough understanding of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting areas of recruitment and selection and maintains current knowledge of changes in legislation.
- Maintains and models Kooth USA’s values, professionalism, and high level of confidentiality.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience combined.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in full life cycle talent acquisition.
Multi-state experience preferred.
Mental Healthcare industry experience in talent acquisition a plus.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ATS and the identification and sourcing of qualified candidates using multiple platforms.

Interview and candidate selection
Microsoft Office Suite, including Google Meets and/or Zoom platforms.
Demonstrated strong communication, written and verbal skills.
