As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own sourcing and recruiting for all Mujin USA roles in the areas of engineering and sales. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a direct impact on Mujin's success in the North American market. You will report to the Senior Talent Acquisitions Lead having a direct impact on people operations in the USA. This role is based in Suwanee, Georgia. 

As the Recruiter & Sourcer you will be responsible for identifying and attracting key technical and sales talent to grow the capabilities. The ideal candidate has the skills and interest to not only source and recruit amazing talent, but the desire to grow along with the fast pace of this company and be a key partner within the growing talent acquisition team, building out the recruiting function. You will also work with key stakeholders in the organization, building out robotics engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and implement recruiting strategies to source and recruit top talent in the robotics and AI space
• Review and assess resumes and interview applications
• Assist with writing, editing, and reviewing job descriptions for various job positions
• Consult and interact with hiring managers & stakeholders on hiring sourcing strategies processes
• Assist in Implement best practices in hiring and recruiting issues and procedures

Background & Experience

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter and Sourcer, 4 + years of experience
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
• Familiarity with Lever Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Be an expert in Office 365 and Linkedin Recruiter Seat
• Experienced with College Campus Recruiting 
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practice candidate attraction techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a solid understanding of compliance practices 

Candidates with the following skills or experience will be viewed positively:

• Previous experience in a start-up or rapidly scaling organization
• Experience with Lever ATS 
• Knowledge of on target sourcing 
• Japanese or Chinese speaking
• Being a storyteller and believing in the power of robotics and AI
