We are looking for a detail oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR department in the continued growth at our firm.
Job Duties
- Obtaining requisite approvals from the HR Director to open a job requisition
- Recruit for all assigned positions
- Crafting an accurate and detailed job description to attract the best candidates. In addition, recruiters will likely also use this description as a template for assessing the skills and qualifications of potential applicants
- Serving as the point person and primary interviewer during the interview process. The Assistant Talent acquisition specialist will often conduct the first interview.
- Marketing internally and seeking employee referrals from peers and teams.
- Writing and submitting the job offer
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional) by Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to HR Director
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with the HR Director and Partners as needed to identify future hiring needs
- Provide new hire orientation training; collaborate with departments to schedule training
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws - 2 or more years
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Recruiting experience - 2 or more years
- Experience in Jazz HR or equivalent - 1 years experience
- HCIS experience 2 years experience
- Software experience
