Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent acquisition, contract negotiations, compensation, reporting, onboarding, and administration of company policies and procedures.
The salary offered for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years' Experience in a Talent Acquisition or Similar Role.
- Experience in Full-Cycle Recruiting, Using Various Interview Techniques and Evaluation Methods.
- Proficiency With Social Media, CV Databases, And Professional Networks.
- Experience in Using LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Target Preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Proficiency With or The Ability to Quickly Learn The Organization's HRIS And Talent Management Systems.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field Required.
At Least 2-3 Years of Human Resource Management Experience Required.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Recruits, Interviews, Hires, And Onboard New Staff.
