Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with badging and fingerprinting requirements
- Assist recruiting teams from all divisions to provide support during on-boarding events/daily operational needs
- Perform Badging and Fingerprinting
- Produce badges (walk-in and scheduled applicants and employees)
- Distribute badge renewals at respective location (airport, region, walk-in)
- Determine need for re-badging or re-fingerprinting (both TSA and USPS prints)
- Enforce "no background-no badge" policy
- Ensure collection of security media (airport and UAL badges) from employees upon departure/leave from company
- Collect and submit fingerprints (walk-in and scheduled applicants and employees)
- Adhere to CBP and/or Airport renewal timelines - predict and prepare for scheduled audits
- Work with regional Airport and Port Authority officials, Customs representatives
- Report activity in HUB and outstations within your specific region

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years recent direct customer service experience within the past 3 years required
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, required
- Experience using HelpHub or a similar knowledge base tool/ticketing system
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, processing a high volume of internal customers is required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to work very independently required
- High level of efficiency with administrative details required
- Understanding of regulatory and business requirements required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Experience administering badges, running I-9s, and fingerprinting
