Supply & Equipment Handler

Job Summary: Under direct supervision from supervisory staff, is responsible for receiving, unloading, stocking, rotating, order picking and delivery of inventoried supplies for the Medical Center. Performs related recordkeeping functions such as requisitioning, physical counts, adjustments, labeling, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities " Receives, unloads and loads merchandise from incoming and outgoing trucks. " Issues inventoried supplies via automatic replenishment systems (exchange carts, par level) as well as by requisition. " Maintains accurate records of all transactions. " Maintains efficient and proper care of all hospital materials handling supplies and equipment. " Adheres to all workload schedules. " Keep accurate logs, lists and records, as required. " Responsible for reporting all shortages, stock-outs or unusual situations to supervisory staff. " All warehousing related activities and duties as directed by supervisory staff.

" Minimum two years of experience with automated accounts payable/materials management processes. " Intermediate MS Office Suite
