Supply Chain Admin-temporary position for the Catalyst /Refinery Group
Heavy on data entry and validating data. Recent BS/BA grad would be ideal 1-2 yrs exp.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Supply Chain group with data entry and administration duties. There will be multiple daily shipments to multiple different destinations which will require extensive SAP transactions and transportation communications. This position requires a detailed and organized person who is able to work efficiently while multitasking.
Above average computer skills required.
• Assay data entry YPMREF and YPMOSR
• Invoicing and tracking for OSR’s plus 4 eye principle checks
• Settlements for internal BASF customers
o Training for backup
• Extensive SAP transaction responsibilities
• PM accounting with regard to metal tracking and reporting
• Customer Service communication
• Monthly and annual reporting
• Order entry for samples
• Above average Excel Skills
