The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. Our Aftermarket Supply Chain team is seeking Summer 2022 interns to join our team. Procurement Interns will support our team by placing purchase orders, expediting shortages, analyzing contracts, and completing projects as assigned. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June-August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2023.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

- Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders
- follow up with suppliers to support on time delivery of open orders
- work with suppliers to expedite shortages
- interface with customer-facing colleagues to support external customers
- work with Quality, Receiving, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- read and analyze contracts
- complete projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Must be a U.S Citizen or U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
