Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and resolve any issues or delays
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track and manage stock levels
- Analyze data and generate reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management, production planning, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand planning, MRP, and inventory control
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient in using supply chain software and tools to analyze data and generate reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
