POSITION OVERVIEW:
Supervisory oversight of staff in day-to-day operations of the clinic. Will perform duties in conjunction with occasional float duties as a primary nurse in the office setting. Will have guidance responsibilities and will refer all disciplinary concerns and responsibilities to the Clinical Directors or Senior Director Clinical Operations of Great Falls Clinic. Receives direction from Senior Director Clinical Operations and/or Clinical Directors of Great Falls Clinic.
EDUCATION:
Registered Nurse degree or degree in healthcare management, required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of nursing experience or healthcare management, required.
- 2 years of outpatient or physician office setting experience, preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RN licensed in the State of Montana or Degree in healthcare management.
- BSN, preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- General nursing office procedures
- Leadership principles and mentoring/training of staff
- In-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in E.H.R documentation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position
